About Us: Our Story

In February 2006, Grace Church was founded as a church
plant from Metro Life Church located in the Casselberry
area of Orlando. A number of the families that attended
Metro Life for a number of years lived in the west Orlando
areas of Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, and
even Groveland!

We wanted a church in our "side of town" that our family and
friends could come to. We also wanted to reach out to our
neighbors not only with the gospel of Christ but also as a
community that shared life together.

Since our inception, a number of families and young adults have been added to the church. We give thanks to
God for all the new members of our growing family with whom we now celebrate the wonders of God in Christ
every Sunday meeting and at our Care Group gatherings during the week.

Our young church is not only drawing new members. We want every existing member to continue growing in
their walk with God. We endeavor to plumb the depths of the Word of God, create an atmosphere where godly
relationships are forged, and come alongside every parent as they train their children in the Lord.

In humility and faith, we anticipate all that God has in store for this local church. We look forward to adding
new ministries, seeing our children grow up to become earnest followers of Christ, reaching many who do not
know Christ, and planting other churches.
